1. Scope of Services The service provider will provide pest control treatments as agreed in the service contract (e.g., termite control, rodent control, insect treatment). Services include inspection, treatment, and recommendations for pest prevention. The provider is not responsible for pre-existing damage caused by pests. 2. Service Schedule Services will be provided on the dates and times agreed upon in the contract. Rescheduling must be requested at least 24–48 hours in advance. Delays or cancellations by the client may incur additional fees. 3. Client Responsibilities The client must provide access to all areas requiring treatment. The client must follow all pre-treatment instructions (e.g., removing food, pets, or covering furniture). Unsafe conditions (blocked areas, electrical hazards, etc.) may prevent service, for which the provider is not liable. 4. Chemical Use & Safety The service provider will use chemicals registered and approved for pest control. Clients are responsible for removing or protecting personal items as instructed. The provider is not liable for damage to property not protected as per instructions. 5. Guarantee & Effectiveness Some services may include a guarantee for a specific period (e.g., 30, 60, or 90 days). The guarantee applies only if the client follows all recommendations and guidelines. Re-infestations caused by conditions outside the provider’s control (e.g., weather, neighboring infestations) are not covered. 6. Payment Terms Payment is due as per the agreed contract (before, during, or after service). Late payments may incur additional charges. Services may be withheld until payment is received. 7. Liability Limitations The provider is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from pest infestations. The client assumes responsibility for structural, electrical, or other hazards on the property. The provider’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided. 8. Termination Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. Fees for services already rendered will not be refunded. Termination does not release the client from outstanding payments. 9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the state or country in which the service is provided. Any disputes will be resolved under local jurisdiction. 10. Miscellaneous Modifications to these terms must be agreed in writing by both parties. The client agrees to the terms by signing the service contract or accepting services.
